At long last restaurants and bars fling open their doors in major markets across Canada. According to OpenTable, restaurant reservations in Canada are exploding, eclipsing leading North American markets. For the week ending June 18, Alberta, Ontario and Quebec are the top three growing markets in restaurants accepting reservations. Bon Appetit!
