Residential condo network developer


Location: Montreal & Toronto
Job Type: Full-time permanent

As Canada’s largest provider of digital notices boards in the residential market place we take pride in our approach to residential condos, property managers and management companies by providing them with an advanced communication tools throughout Canada. We are currently seeking a professional senior business development individual with a proven track record and experience in the condo, property management industry, to help develop and grow our network of condos.

We are looking for individuals to fulfill this position in our Montreal and Toronto offices. Our Montreal team is bilingual and any individual applying for the position in Montreal must be proficient in both English and French.

Requirements:

  • Must have proven past experience within the condo market in Canada
  • Must have proven experience in working with property managers, management companies and board of directors

Appointment setter


Location: Montreal
Job Type: Full-time permanent

Our appointment setter position duties include making cold calls, persuading potential customers to set a meeting, and identifying reliable prospects, mostly through lead generation and data gathering. Expectations are for a minimum of 40 calls per day, 10 meetings per week, resulting in a minimum of 2 sales per week.

Responsibilities:

  • Prospecting and generating leads
  • Cold-calling to small-medium sized businesses and setting appointments for the sales team
  • Creating a need for the business owners to meet with us and presenting our digital space as a solution
  • Identifying potential sales to quickly determine the appropriate amount of time to dedicate to each call
  • Handling complaints or questions from customers and clients
  • Gathering data on sales leads for further sales support
  • Maintaining a clean and safe working environment
  • Following protocol to keep customers’ personal information secure and adhering to quality assurance standards
  • Ensuring all communication with new or existing customers is logged into our CMS (CRM) system

Qualifications:

  • Must be bilingual, proficient in English and French
  • At least one year of telemarketing/sales/cold-calling experience
  • Past experience in phone meeting setting, phone sales and outbound calls
  • Must have mid-strong computer skills

Regional field technician


Location: Montreal
Job Type: Full-time permanent, company vehicle and cell phone will be provided

We’re looking for a Regional Field Technician to service and support our media networks in the Greater Montreal area, Ottawa and Quebec City market. Reporting to our Operations Manager, this position consists of posting advertising campaigns, installing and maintaining digital/static signs, and developing new business opportunities for UB’s growing four media networks including: Restobar, Campus, Cinema and Residential.

Responsibilities:

  • Majority of the job is on the road travelling around Greater Montreal area and sometimes to Ottawa or Quebec City
  • Posting advertising campaigns (digital and static) according to weekly posting schedules
  • Handling tools necessary for installation and maintenance of all media signs, both digital and static
  • Basic Networking configuration setup (ie. setup of routers, WIFI extenders)
  • Completing and supplying required service and maintenance reports
  • Taking pictures of campaigns for proof-of-play reports
  • Investigating activity in UB’s Restobar network for any new establishments, closings, renovations, or changes in ownership
  • Ongoing venue visits with existing and prospective clients and maintaining positive relationships
  • Providing supervisors constant feedback from the field
  • Perform any other related tasks required to the network’s maintenance including but not limited to repairs, modifications and deliveries/pickups while ensuring the quality standards set out by the company are met

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma minimum
  • Computer proficiency – must be comfortable with computers and basic networking, as well as Microsoft, Excel, Word and Email
  • Are comfortable using standard tools such as drills and hand-tools
  • Excellent interpersonal & organizational skills
  • Self-motivated and can work effectively autonomously
  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
  • Sales experience and/or relevant bar/restaurant experience would be an asset
  • Familiar with Montreal and surrounding areas
  • Must speak English and French
