One of UB Media’s favourite partner venues is Reposado Bar & Lounge, a chic and dimly lit Mezcal watering hole in Toronto. Located between Queen and Dundas on Ossington, Reposado can be found at night if you look down along the sidewalk as a bat logo shines from a spotlight at the front door. This isn’t your run-of-the-mill Mexican themed bar. Don’t expect kitschy sombreros or any other Mexican paraphernalia that usually adorns the walls of Mexican themed joints. Its exterior doesn’t beg for attention but once you enter the interior offers an incredible dimly lit ambiance with the glow of romantic mood lights and accents from a Quebecois church.

Offering top-shelf tequilas, fresh squeezed margaritas, five imported beers on tap as well as Mexican tapas, and live music. Did we forget to mention it also features one of Toronto’s best hidden patios? Live musicians and DJs settle in next to the front window overlooking Ossington. Don’t miss Thursday and Friday nights showcasing live jazz and swing from about 9:45 to 1am. There is also live music Wednesdays and DJs most other nights. Reposado Bar is the place where tequila connoisseurs, Mexican snack lovers and fans of live music must come to kick back and relax.
