First cinema onscreen to be COMMB accredited

UB Media operating in the Restobar, Campus and Cinema OOH verticals announces its newest membership to the Canadian Out of Home Marketing & Measurement Bureau (COMMB). UB Media’s Cinema Network is the largest independent cinema network spanning the Quebec province, with a concentration in the Greater Montreal Area. It is the first in its media format to be officially accredited by the COMMB, applying their impression-based methodology to onscreen cinema advertising.

“Joining COMMB is an exciting opportunity for UB Media. We are proud to establish the first form of cinema auditing in Canada, bringing much needed transparency to this OOH vertical,” says Michael Minicucci, President and CEO of UB Media. He further adds, “COMMB’s quantified impressions provide us with real value for brands in any communication plan; moreover this research certifies UB’s extensive cinema market reach in the second largest designated market area in Canada.”
